1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JENDAYA platform ("Platform," "JENDAYA," or "the App"), a private fashion week operating system built by TechAviatorLabs. By accessing or using the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms you must not access or use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

2.1

JENDAYA is an invitation-only platform. Access is granted solely through a valid access code issued by JENDAYA administrators.

2.2

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the Platform.

2.3

By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful.

3. Access and Account Registration

3.1

Access Codes.Participation in JENDAYA requires a unique access code provided by an authorised administrator. Access codes are personal, non-transferable, and must not be shared with any third party. Misuse of an access code may result in immediate account suspension.

3.2

Account Security.You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify JENDAYA immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.3

Profile Accuracy.You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile information up to date throughout your use of the Platform.

3.4

Referral Codes.If you join via a referral link, your referrer may receive attribution credit. Referral links do not bypass access code requirements and do not grant rights or permissions beyond those assigned to your role.

3.5

Third-Party Authentication.The Platform offers sign-in via Apple and Google OAuth. Your use of third-party authentication is additionally governed by the relevant third-party terms of service.

4. User Roles and Permissions

4.1

JENDAYA assigns users to one of the following roles, which determine their access level and capabilities: TALENT, ENTOURAGE, PRIORITY, GENERAL, COORDINATOR, MANAGEMENT, and ADMIN. Additional or modified roles may be introduced by JENDAYA administrators at any time.

4.2

Roles are assigned by JENDAYA administrators at their sole discretion. JENDAYA reserves the right to change, upgrade, downgrade, or revoke your role at any time without prior notice.

4.3

You must not attempt to access features, routes, data, or administrative functions beyond those permitted for your assigned role. Any attempt to circumvent role-based access controls is a material breach of these Terms.

5. Event Access and QR Codes

5.1

QR Codes.Your in-app QR code is your personal digital access credential for JENDAYA events. It must not be shared, photographed by others for access purposes, screenshotted for third-party use, or reproduced in any form.

5.2

Event Assignments.Access to specific events is subject to confirmation by JENDAYA coordinators or administrators. Having an active account does not guarantee entry to any particular event. Event assignments may be modified or revoked at any time.

5.3

+1 Guest Requests.You may submit requests to bring a guest ("+1") to events. All +1 requests are subject to approval by JENDAYA coordinators and administrators and may be declined or revoked at any time, including after prior approval. Approved +1 guests are subject to the same conduct standards as registered users.

5.4

Check-In.Valid event check-in is confirmed only when your QR code is scanned by an authorised JENDAYA representative at the event. Digital display alone does not constitute checked-in status.

6. Content Uploads

6.1

Ownership.You retain ownership of any original content you upload to the Platform ("User Content"). By uploading User Content you grant JENDAYA a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, process, display, and moderate your User Content solely for the purposes of operating the Platform and fulfilling these Terms.

6.2

Moderation.All uploaded content is subject to review and approval by JENDAYA administrators before it may be shared within the Platform. JENDAYA reserves the right to reject, remove, or quarantine any content at its sole discretion and without liability to you.

6.3

Prohibited Content.

You must not upload content that:

Infringes any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
Is defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful
Contains malware, viruses, or any malicious code
Violates any brand partner confidentiality obligations
Depicts minors in any inappropriate context
You do not have the right to upload or share

6.4

Visibility.Pending uploads are visible only to you and JENDAYA administrators. Approved content may be made available within designated sections of the Platform to other authorised users in accordance with Platform settings.

6.5

Signed URLs.Private media is served via time-limited, cryptographically signed URLs. You must not attempt to circumvent URL expiry, share signed URLs with unauthorised parties, or access media beyond your authorised scope.

7. Missions and Rewards

7.1

JENDAYA may offer missions, campaigns, or tasks ("Missions") within the Platform. Participation in Missions is voluntary.

7.2

Points, badges, or rewards associated with Missions hold no monetary value unless JENDAYA explicitly states otherwise in writing. JENDAYA makes no representation that points or rewards will persist indefinitely.

7.3

JENDAYA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Missions programme, or any individual Mission, at any time without notice or liability to you.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Share, resell, transfer, or sublicense your access credentials or access codes to any third party
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or copy any part of the Platform
Screen-record, screenshot, or otherwise capture private Platform content for unauthorised distribution
Harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, or harm any other user or JENDAYA staff
Circumvent, disable, modify, or interfere with any security feature or access control
Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, crawlers, or scripts to access or interact with the Platform
Upload viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious code
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or its underlying infrastructure
Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

Violation of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1

JENDAYA, its name, logo, editorial design system, and all Platform content (excluding User Content) are the property of JENDAYA and its licensors. No licence is granted to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from Platform materials without prior written consent.

9.2

Brand partner content displayed within the Platform is owned by the respective brand and may be subject to additional confidentiality obligations. You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, or disclose brand partner content outside the Platform without express authorisation.

10. Privacy and Data

10.1

JENDAYA collects and processes your personal data including name, email address, user role, event attendance records, uploaded content, and activity logs in order to operate the Platform and fulfil these Terms.

10.2

Audit logs of all administrative actions are maintained for security, compliance, and accountability purposes.

10.3

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting JENDAYA administrators. Certain data may be retained where required for legitimate business, legal, or security purposes.

JENDAYA does not sell your personal data to third parties.

11. Content Capture and Redistribution

11.1

JENDAYA events and Platform content may include confidential brand partner materials, talent information, event logistics, and proprietary media. You agree not to capture, record, screenshot, or redistribute any such content without express prior written permission from JENDAYA.

11.2

JENDAYA may apply digital watermarks or forensic identifiers to private media. Circumvention, alteration, or removal of watermarks is strictly prohibited.

Breach of this clause may result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

12. Disclaimers

12.1

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JENDAYA makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12.2

JENDAYA does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12.3

JENDAYA does not guarantee that any event will take place as scheduled, or that +1 requests, mission submissions, or content uploads will be approved.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JENDAYA, its directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or reputational harm, even if JENDAYA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14. Termination

14.1

JENDAYA may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.

14.2

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting JENDAYA administrators through the Platform.

14.3

On termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Privacy and Data), 11 (Content Capture), 12 (Disclaimers), 13 (Limitation of Liability), and 16 (Governing Law) shall survive termination.

15. Changes to These Terms

JENDAYA reserves the right to update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
